Personnel Logistics Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings, reference checks and background checks as needed
- Assist with the overall interview, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintaining digital employee records
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, HR events and maintaining agendas
- Assist with physical logistics – milestone tokens, NIS, GRA, immigration (employment visa, landing permits and work permits)
- Coordinate travel logistics for business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within HR or a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and travel regulations
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
