Revenue Management

The PIMS Revenue module is a management tool that controls projects revenue. Revenue budgets can be allocated to the client WBS. Time phasing of revenue and progress and estimates that are documented with quantities, rates and norms make this module the perfect tool to provide decision support to the management and project team.

The module will help you track planned revenue, actual revenue, commitments, progress and forecast on completion of each project the company is running. It provides extensive and powerful reporting capabilities through graphical reports (e.g. s-curves), summarising and detailed reports.

Inflation/deflation of revenue is taken care of according to actual inflation for the past and estimated inflation for the future. The client’s original budget is kept in an archive and can be used at all times to compare it against the current estimate.

The Revenue module also includes functionality to monitor, analyse and report actual values for the project’s cash flow income. Payment milestones can be input in accordance with the duration of payment stipulated in the client’s contract. The system will then calculate a planned and forecast income spread.

The module includes reports that allow you to compare against costs on project total level, or down to the details that are equal for the cost and client WBS structure. It consists of tested strategies and techniques to help you assess and control revenue in your projects. The PIMS revenue module will help you to have control over all the projects’ revenue.
