PIMS Quality Management is a comprehensive and flexible tool for registering, planning and executing audits and examinations in a project. The Quality Management module monitors and tracks all quality processes for a project.
It provides capabilities for registering all findings related to an Audit or Examination and following-up the findings by assigning actions to individuals in the project. Notification letters can be generated and printed together with checklists directly from the system.
PIMS Quality Management helps ensure that the quality processes in your project are being followed throughout the project execution phase. The Quality Management module lets you enter and plan all Audits and Examinations, including assigning responsibility to each of them, as well as setting appropriate due dates.
The system also allows you to attach unlimited amounts of documents, pictures and reports related to the Audits. This ensures that the basis of the Audit is archived and preserved for future reference.
Even if documentation and reports from the Audit are attached, it is important that possible findings are registered within the system. The system will provide you with the ability to assign one or several actions to each finding and assign personnel to each task – together with a due date. System generated e-mails will ensure due dates are being kept and no actions are being forgotten.
