Omega’s Project Services team is on hand to provide our clients with high-quality personnel, and to recruit new candidates. Every team member has their own portfolio of consultants to follow up, ensuring close integration between Omega and our project-based personnel. Our clients are mainly found in the oil and gas industry, as well as the supplier industry.

All potential candidates are stored in Omega’s own CV tool, called MarketMaker. The Project Services team then use rigorous procedures to verify candidates’ references, qualifications and performances on previous projects. An extensive network of contacts and core senior consultants are involved in this process; this guarantees careful scrutiny, and the result is higher-quality personnel for the client.

The Project Services team can assist client organisations in handling peak workload periods or complementing in-house expertise. If desirable we can also organise to take functional responsibility within your project organisation, and supply a package of Omega systems, procedures and personnel within a defined area.

With a high degree of customer and client retention, and an emphasis on stable and continuous relations, our company is a safe choice for project management and completion services. As Omega is also the provider of the Project Information Management System (PIMS); many of our candidates are proficient users of the system. Additionally, there are many electronic training courses available for our employees.
