Assignment Description

You will work as an HVAC System Engineer on various large scale study projects in Concept and Studies. 

 Your responsibilities will include: 

• Analyzing the contract and relevant specifications and engaging in technical discussions with the client 
• Conducting air flow rate calculations based on ventilation requirements, transmission losses and heat emissions in rooms 
• Developing Basis For Design for HVAC, HVAC philosophy and System Description 
• Contributing to the production of schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings on CAD 
• Sizing main HVAC equipment in terms of capacity and footprint 
• Support projects with senior HVAC system competence participating in various reviews  
• Coordination with other disciplines in the projects

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree 
• Min. 5 years of experience with HVAC System design in onshore or offshore projects. 
• Strong Excel skills
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements. 
• Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in team. 
• Good communication skills Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others. 
• Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing 
• Knowledge of Equinor requirements, Norsok H003, ISO 15138 or TEK 17 is an advantage
